We are a company with over 30 years experience in the Automotive exhaust manufacturing industry. We have been invovled in projects from initialisation to completion, giving advice on product design (exhaust boxes), machine and tooling requirements and production techniques. Customers we have completed work for over the last few years are; Calsonic Kansei (Nissan cars), Bosal (OE and aftermarket exhausts), Arvin (now Faurecia) (Jaguar, Landrover and Toyota), Unipart (Jaguar and Landrover) amongst various other aftermarket producers. Worldwide we also have customers in South Africa, most of Europe, (including Eastern Bloc countries) and India.
Although we offer consultation on exhaust manufacturing, our main business is revolved around new build machines and the refurbishment of older machines used in the industry, designing new machines or bringing old machines up to date on their controls (to the latest technical specifications) and modifying the methods of operation. We pride ourselves on being in the forefront of control design and application technology.
We have just recently joined forces with Plantglobe Ltd, which now gives us the capability to design, manufacture and build automotive exhaust making equipment and steel drum making equipment. We have actually purchased part of the old Eagle building in Birkenhead UK and we share the unit together, which allows us to work more closely and have more control over the manufacturing processes.
Our facilities now include a fabrication department, cnc lathes and machining centres and a mech / elect assembly area. Plus mech/elect design office.

Paul McGlynn is our expert in exhaust manufacture, having over 30 years experience as a service engineer for Eagle & Deltic machines along with the production processes. We started off in a small office, 12 years ago and now have progressed to a 9,000 sq feet factory. Our Location is in Birkenhead UK, actually in the old Eagle plant, because of this we still use local suppliers, who still offer the same quality they supplied to Eagle.
